When I got extra meatballs, I’m gonna make a parm sandwich. This is how I make it.
Ingredients:
2 Meatballs with Sauce (Meatball recipe…click HERE)
1 Ball of Fresh Mozzarella
1 Fresh Roll or Hero

Preheat the oven to 375.
Thinly slice a few slices of mozzarella.
Slice the meatballs.
Place the meatballs in an oven safe bowl (if you don’t have one, some aluminum foil) and coat them with sauce.
Top it off with the cheese.
Throw it in the oven. Cook it until the meatballs have heated through and the cheese is melted real nice…
…like this.
Slice up the roll and slide that melty, meaty, saucy good stuff in between the two slices. This is what I’ll make my coworkers jealous with for lunch at work.
